The design process was easy, Alex the account rep was super helpful. Delivery was efficient and as advertised. The product is high quality. Everyone loves them. We will use them for fundraising and will certainly order more soon.
We really love how these turned out and are very happy with the end result, thanks!
Super easy, super responsive, and just as I asked.
Very accommodating and patient when mocking up the design. Alexandra didn’t stop until I was 100% pleased. I’m so grateful for her and the success of the creation of my customized pin for my brand
Great experience. Easy process and constant follow-up! Will definitely be doing business with them again!
They look amazing & the turn around time was so fast. Far exceeded expectations!
I’m so happy with all the pins you have made for me, great quality and communication!
These pins came out PERFECT! <3 The customer service was quick, friendly and incredibly helpful, and they took the extra time to get my design looking exactly how I hoped it would. I will absolutely be back to work with them again.
We loved the pins! The moms at church loved them
Yoooooo! This One Eyed Jacks pin came out 100x better than I could have imagined. Thank you Alexandra for your support, guidance, and patience with me through the process. Thank you PINLORD for the backing cards and always delivering on your artwork. Wow.
Ordering pins was easy and painless. They arrived exactly as described, exactly as I hoped they'd be.
Pinlord and its employees helped me to produce 50 each for 6 pin designs within around a month for a rush order, since I had issues with a different manu that required me to do so. They quickly sent me an excellent mockup for my pins and responded to any inquiries I had very informatively. Despite manufacturing a whole 6 different pin designs within only a month, all pins came out beautifully. I’ll definitely work with this company again, than you so much, Pinlord!❤️⭐️
I absolutely love the lightning bolt 1.25" hard enamel pins we received from PINLORD. They are sturdy, clean, and they catch the eye as you can see in the video. Customer service was easy to work with and super helpful. We will definitely order again soon.
This is our first design with PinLord. I posted a photo before, but here is an even better look with a video of the pin. We can’t wait for our next designs to arrive. We placed them immediately after this first order arrived and met our expectations. Thank you.
We love how this first pin from PINLORD turned out. We immediately placed an order for three more designs. All of our orders have been hard enamel, and they have exceeded our expectations in quality and finish. Customer service has been prompt and detailed. Very pleased and will return!
These pins look amazing! We've had nothing but a great experience with this company and we will continue to order from them. We submitted our sample images and their team suggested glitter and boy were they right! These are awesome!
Thank you so much for all your help with the pins, they came out great. I apologize for taking so long to write a review, I fell ill shortly after the the pins were premiered at our tournament. I was out of commission for a while and it slip my mind. I've had several people ask me about them recently, and it reminded me I need to let you know how happy and appreciative I am of the work you guys did. This is the second time I've ordered from Pin Lord. This round of pins was used for a tournament for a table top game called Crokinole. I received the design less than 2 months before weekend of the tournament, so it was a bit short notice. The first week, there was some back and forth, you were very responsive, and we were able to get the design finalized. I was a little nervous that the delivery wasn't going to make it in time for the tournament weekend. I couldn't believe how quick they got here. The whole process was so quick and easy, and the pins came out great. Thank you again for all your help. Will definitely be ordering again.
Amazing experience, would recommend!
My pins look incredible! No weird misprints or any funky business. The colors are full and rich. They're not messing around.
We had such a great experience ordering through Pinlord! We're a Comic and Game store and we run game leagues every few months, and we decided to order pins for prizes, and they turned out awesome! They were super communicative with working with us to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. We are going to continue to order our pins through Pinlord for all of our future leagues!
I am so happy that I followed a recommendation for Pinlord that I found on Reddit. They were very quick to respond, gave a quote and started production. My husband and I designed a custom pin for our disc golf buddies from our cancelled tournament trip in North Carolina because of Hurricane Ian. We are stoked to give them to them just as disc golf season is starting up again! They turned out better than I ever imagined and I will be using Pinlord again in the future. I will also recommend them to any of my friends and fellow business owners. Great quality. Thanks again for bringing our idea to life!
This was my first time ever designing and making a pin so it was a learning curve for me, but they were super helpful and worked with me to get the final product as close to my vision as possible! I absolutely love how my pins turned out and I will definitely be coming back with more designs!!
Everyone was very helpful and the pins turned out great! I look forward to ordering more.
The customer service was great. They were kind and helpful the whole way through.
First time buyer, Alexandra made the experience Awesome...
I created and ordered these for a dear friend's birthday (and also her business). She loved them. Communication was smooth and immediate. I was able to order fewer than 100 pieces. If you want fewer than a 100 made, you can just reach out to them and come up with a number that works for you. They also printed out a birthday note for me, and didn't include the invoice which had the cost on it upon request. So great birthday gift. One tip I would give to creators is take in consideration of the stroke of your lines. They can cover surface areas / colors of your shapes.
Love this pin! Put it on my Nike crossbody bag and love to show it off!
i love the colors, thank you :)
It was my first time making a pin and it was a great experience working with this company, especially Ana. They helped with the graphics and answered all of my many questions with top quality customer service by Ana. The pins turned out great too. I’ll definitely use this company again for future pin creations.
I LOVE how my enamel earrings turned out! I ordered these for my online shop. It took over a month to receive them but the wait was worth it. I'm extremely happy with the quality of these earrings including the enamel/gold material, hypoallergenic posts, and secure butterfly backers. The designs came out just like the mock-up and the lines are all clean and as expected. The team is very helpful & friendly :-) highly recommended!

My very first pin ever! I love it and can't wait to design another soon! I was so excited, and scared to do this whole pin design adventure. However, the team was kind, patient, and willing to explain and tweak things as we moved along. It helped build my confidence that this was the best next step in my artistic journey. Thank you YourStuffMade! WynSav Creationz
