Shipping Policy
Pinlord ships custom products and shop products to customers around the world.
Because many of our products are custom-made, shipping time includes both production time and delivery time.
Custom Products vs Product Shop Products
- Custom Products: made-to-order products that require quoting, artwork review, proofing, sampling, production and quality checks before shipping.
- Product Shop Products: ready-made or stocked products that can usually be packed and shipped faster.
Processing and Production Times
Custom Product timelines vary by product type, quantity, finish, artwork complexity, packaging, shipping method and production capacity.
Estimated production times are provided as a guide only. Your final quote or order confirmation may include a more specific timeline.
Production may be delayed if:
- artwork files are missing, low quality or need changes;
- proofs, samples or production details are not approved quickly;
- the order changes after quoting;
- materials, packaging or special finishes require extra sourcing;
- payment is delayed;
- factory, courier, customs or weather delays occur.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier, customs, holidays, local delivery conditions and events outside our control.
We are not responsible for courier or customs delays once an order has been dispatched, but we will do our best to help where possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may depend on order size, weight, destination, speed, duties, taxes, packaging and courier availability.
For custom orders, shipping may be quoted separately or included in your final quote.
DDP Shipping and Duties
Where available, we may offer DDP shipping, meaning Delivered Duties Paid. This can help reduce surprise customs charges by including import duties, taxes or tariffs upfront.
DDP availability depends on destination, courier, product type and order details.
If DDP is not available or not selected, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges or local fees charged by your country.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, redelivery fees or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your order appears lost, delayed or damaged, email hi@pinlord.com with your order number and details.
If the order arrived damaged, please include photos of the packaging and products.
We may need to contact the courier, supplier or fulfilment partner before confirming the next steps.
Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate parcels, especially if they contain multiple product types, custom products, samples or items produced in different locations.
Authority to Leave
If you request authority to leave, unattended delivery, redirection or a safe-drop option, you accept the risk once the courier marks the parcel as delivered.
International Shipping
International delivery may be subject to customs inspection, import requirements, local fees or delivery restrictions. Customers are responsible for ensuring products can be legally imported into their country.
