Welcome to Pinlord. These Terms of Service apply when you use our website, request a quote, place an order, buy a product, download a resource or use our custom product services.
By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
About Pinlord
Pinlord helps artists, creators, brands, events and businesses create custom products and access maker-friendly resources, factory information, product guides and shop products.
We offer:
- Custom Products: made-to-order products based on your artwork, design, specifications, quote or approved proof;
- Product Shop Products: ready-made or stocked products sold through our online shop;
- Digital Resources: templates, guides, downloads and educational content.
Accuracy of Information
We try to keep product information, pricing, timelines, descriptions, images and availability accurate. However, errors may occur.
We may correct errors, update information, cancel an order, request additional payment, or refuse a transaction where information is incorrect, incomplete or outdated.
Quotes and Custom Product Orders
Custom Product pricing depends on product type, quantity, size, materials, finish, packaging, artwork complexity, shipping, duties, timeline and other project details.
A quote is not final until confirmed by us in writing. We may need to revise a quote if project details change.
By approving a quote, proof, design, sample, invoice or production detail, you confirm that the information is correct and that we may proceed based on that approval.
Artwork, Files and Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of the artwork, logos, files or designs you provide to us, subject to any rights owned by other parties.
By sending us artwork, files, designs, logos, characters, brand assets or reference images, you grant us permission to use them for quoting, proofing, sampling, manufacturing, quality control, packaging, shipping and customer support.
You confirm that you have the right to use any artwork, design, logo, trademark, character, image or intellectual property you provide to us.
You agree not to submit content that infringes someone else’s rights, is unlawful, misleading, harmful, hateful, abusive or otherwise unsuitable for production.
We may refuse or cancel projects that we believe may infringe rights, break laws, create safety concerns or conflict with our values or production capabilities.
Mockups, Colours and Product Variations
Digital mockups, product photos and screen previews are guides only. Final products may vary slightly due to screen settings, material batches, handmade processes, printing methods, plating, acrylic, fabric, embroidery, enamel fill, die lines, packaging, lighting or manufacturing tolerances.
Small variations are normal in custom manufacturing and do not automatically mean a product is faulty.
Payments
Orders must be paid according to the invoice, checkout or agreed payment terms.
For custom orders, we may require a deposit before work begins. The balance is usually required before shipping, dispatch or final delivery.
If payment is delayed, we may pause production, delay dispatch, cancel the order or charge additional costs where applicable.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by production delays, customs, courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses or events outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, incorrect shipping details or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
Custom Products are usually not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation, return or refund once artwork, proofing, sourcing, sampling or production has started.
Digital Downloads and Templates
Free or paid templates, guides and digital downloads are provided for personal or business use in preparing your own projects.
You may not resell, redistribute, copy, claim ownership of, or commercially exploit our templates, guides or digital resources without permission.
Factory Finder, Reviews and Educational Content
Factory reviews, comparison tools, guides, calculators and educational content are provided as general information only. They are designed to help you compare options and make better decisions, but they are not guarantees of performance, pricing, timing, availability or suitability.
You should always confirm pricing, timing, minimum order quantities, samples, shipping and production details before placing an order with any factory or supplier.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinlord is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages, including loss of sales, launch delays, event delays, missed deadlines, reputation damage, business interruption or third-party claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, shipping disruptions, customs delays, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, war, government action, platform outages or material shortages.
Account, Checkout and Website Use
You agree to provide accurate information when using our website, requesting quotes or placing orders. You must not misuse our website, attempt to access systems without permission, upload malicious code or use the site for unlawful purposes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
