How do I start a custom product order?
Start by sharing what you want to make, your artwork or rough idea, quantity, deadline and delivery country. Pinlord will review the details and guide you through the best production path.

What happens after I submit a quote?
After you submit a quote, Pinlord reviews your product type, size, quantity, artwork, shipping country, timeline and any special requirements.
If your order is urgent, include your deadline in the notes so Pinlord can check rush options early.

How do I shop Pinlord artist-designed products?
Pinlord has a shop of artist-designed products including pins, stickers, accessories and maker-led merchandise.

Can I meet Pinlord at in-person events?
Yes. Pinlord attends in-person events to sell artist products, connect with makers and answer manufacturing questions face-to-face.
Events are a great way to see product quality, ask about custom manufacturing, meet the team and discover new artist-designed products.

What custom products can I make?
Pinlord helps create custom products for artists, brands, events, makers, teams, communities and product launches.
How much do custom product orders cost?
Every custom project is quoted individually because pricing depends on product type, size, material, quantity, artwork complexity, finish, packaging, timeline and shipping country.
Larger quantities usually reduce the cost per unit because setup and production costs are spread across more products.
Do you accept 50% deposits?
Yes. Most custom orders can start with a 50% deposit.
- 50% deposit starts production after the quote and artwork details are confirmed.
- 50% balance is paid after final proof or completion photos and before shipping.
- Peace of mind: you can review what is being sent before paying the final balance.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Many Pinlord custom products have no MOQ or very low MOQs. Some products can start from 1–25 pieces, depending on product type, material and customisation.
The bigger the order, the lower the cost per item usually becomes. Combining multiple product types in one shipment can also help reduce shipping costs.
Do you offer custom product samples?
Yes. Samples are useful when you want to test quality, materials, sizing, finishes or packaging before committing to a larger order.
You can request a custom sample by submitting a custom quote and noting that you want a sample first.
How long does production take?
Production timing depends on product type, quantity, artwork readiness, factory capacity and delivery destination.
Many products take around 7–20 business days after artwork and order details are confirmed. Rush production may be available when deadlines are tight.
Design, artwork and product development
Artwork files, templates, design support, prototyping, IP protection and confidentiality.
What file formats are best for product designs?
Vector files are best where possible because they keep artwork sharp and scalable. AI, EPS and editable PDF files are ideal.
High-resolution PNG, JPG and PDF files can also work for many products. You can also send a sketch or reference image if you need design support.
Can I hire a designer for my project?
Yes. Pinlord can usually adapt an existing design to a product, and the team can also help with new artwork, product mockups, 3D modelling, product development and launch visuals.

Can Pinlord help with new product development and prototyping?
Yes. Pinlord can help move an idea from concept to prototype to production.
- Idea: share the product concept and who it is for.
- Research: review materials, reference products and production options.
- Prototype: create a sample or proof of concept where possible.
- Costing: confirm realistic production and shipping costs.
- Launch: move to final production when approved.
How does Pinlord protect my artwork, IP and copyright?
Pinlord treats your ideas, artwork, characters, unreleased products and brand files with care. You own your work.

- Project files are handled through internal systems and team processes designed to protect customer work.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, your project manager or order contact will send your tracking details by email.
If you have not received tracking yet, reply to your order email or contact Pinlord with your order name, order email and delivery country.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes. Pinlord ships custom products and shop products worldwide using tracked delivery where available.
Shipping cost and timing depend on product weight, carton size, shipping method, destination, customs rules and delivery speed.
What is DDP shipping and how can it help with duties?
DDP means Delivered Duty Paid. Where available, duties, taxes or import fees are handled upfront to reduce surprise customs costs.
DDP can be helpful for international orders, business orders, events and customers who want cleaner landed-cost planning.
Do you offer express shipping, rush orders and re-orders?
Yes, where possible. Rush production, express shipping and fast re-orders depend on product type, factory capacity, artwork readiness, previous order details and delivery destination.
Re-orders are often faster because the product specs and artwork may already be confirmed.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or has quality issues?
If something arrives damaged or does not meet the approved details, contact Pinlord as soon as possible.
Send your order number, clear photos, packaging photos, quantity affected and a short description of the issue. Please keep the product and packaging until the case is reviewed.
